DH made it up to me!

Platinum Member Group: Members Posts: 8,735 Member No.: 1,474 Joined: 1-March 05	Okay, I feel awful that I posted about DH not giving me even a card yesterday morning. All day I was scoffing around the house, cleaning and being all PO'd at him. So he finally calls me late afternoon and says "what's wrong?"...I told him that it's just hard to wake up to an extremely messy house when I just cleaned the day before. I told him I hate feeling tied to the house all day. And he apologized. Around 4:30pm (which is super early for DH to get off) he rings the doorbell and I think it's a delivery guy...but it's DH with a bouquet of flowers, card and chocolates in hand!!! So the rest of the evening was soooooo fun! We played an 80's mix, danced around the house with the kids, I drank some red wine and made a nice dinner. We all ate in the dining room (DH set the table and lit candles all throughout the house). It was so nice! I fed Wesley and put him down, but when I walked into our bedroom, the lights were off and DH had lit candles in there too. It was so ROMANTIC! We watched the movie Sideways until Wil was asleep (which took awhile) and then I jumped DH! It was GREAT!! We laughed, we talked afterward...and we just kept saying "I love you" to each other.
