I have chicken breasts that are thawed out and I really need to use them tonight but I have no idea what to do with them. Any ideas?

I am doing fake chicken Parmesan tonight. Chicken breasts with a can of stewed tomatoes on top then some fresh basil and mozzarella cheese. bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

My favorite is Chicken Monterey. Bake the chicken with bbq sauce, while it's baking cook a strip of bacon for each one. When the chicken is done, break each slice in half so you have two pieces for each breast, add a dab more bbq, and shredded cheese. Put back in the oven just to melt the cheese, and when you take it out add some diced tomato to each one.

i throw them in a cassarole dish with green pepper, onion and garlic, fill it with water, and let it bake at 350 for about 3 hours, keep adding water as it evaporates. It makes the breasts SO moist.

marinate them in what ever salad dressing you have and grill.
