My cervix has started to shorten too much too fast, and soften, so my doctor is going to do the test next week where he sends off a swab to let us know if I will be going into labor in the next 2 weeks. My doc said that my body is gearing up as if I were 34 weeks.... not 24 (I will be 25 weeks tomorrow). He told me to stop working (ya right, I'm a stay at home mom) at this point and next week when we do the test we will know if bedrest will be neccesary already, and meds to stop labor. I SURE HOPE NOT, but I know first hand that I would rather be misreable in order to have a healthy baby because having a little sickling preemie is the worlds worst. But, on the upside my doctor is great, he actually gave me his cell number and pager number incase I experience the slightest changes, that was touching to me for him to care so much about my baby and I to be at my becon call . -------------------- ~TAMARA~ Blessed mother to Blakely (7/12/04), Ayden (9/21/07), Addison and Avery (7/2/08)

I will be sending prayers and pt's your way that your FFn comes back negative < assuming that is the test you are talking about.
