sad.gif Oh this is just awful! I called to make an appointment with the LC yesterday and she is on holidays for 3 weeks and the one filling in for her was not there today! Will this ever go away! I have tried the cream again, the hot compresses and I'm at my whits end and I'm actually considering going to see my doctor about this! I can't believe I just responded to kit kats mom's post the other day about her baby biting and Claudia did it to me! She drew blood too and boy does it ever HURT! sad.gif

Oh, I am soo sorry! HUGS! I would definitely try to get some help. Either from the LC filling in -- give her a call tomorrow or go see your doc!

I hope you are feeling better soon! grouphug.gif

OWIE!! I feel your pain. blink.gif

I used neosporin and it seemed to help alot. I dont' have any experience with thrush though. It sounds like you are really doing your best to continue breastfeeding even though you have had such difficulities. Congrats to you for that.

Hugs and I hope you feel better soon.

biggrin.gif Thursh is gone! FINALLY some relief! I was not able to see the LC the breastfeeding clinic was booked solid! Which is a good thing! The LC told me to keep using the cream and to avoid sweets! Things are going better and Claudia hasn't bit me since! biggrin.gif

Your probably all healed up by now,but if the thrush should occur again then try some GSE(grapefruit seed extract) and give some infant probiotics too.
