Has anyone ever just not felt right? I don't even know how to explain it. I'm not nauseous or have a headache or even have a sore throat, or anything like that... I just don't feel well. I have been feeling this way for a couple of weeks... I thought it would start to get better by now. I have been under a lot of stress and had a ton of work these past few weeks, so maybe it is just stress. But, wouldn't the symptoms come and go if it were stress related? I hate this feeling becaue it is really starting to affect my mood and how I interact with Ashley and others.

My sister was anemic and didn't know it. Blood sugar issues can cause irritability and fatigue. I would see a doc if it keeps up. Could it be allergy season is subtly affecting you?

lol, i feel like that all the time...in my case it's anxiety from working closely with the terminally ill AND a case of hypothyroidism i've been reluctant to treat.
what are your symptoms?

hug.gif yep been there, can be a number of things. From allergies to stress. Maybe you just need to destress and go for a massage or pedicure, or just out with some friends. I hope you feel better soon and if the feeling persists go see a doc.
