Emma has a bit of baby acne on her face, head, and neck..... is there anything I should be putting on it, or will it just go away on its own?

Nora had it bad, and I tried some of that Aveeno wipe off soap on it... didn't really do much, but I think it helped a little. It does just go away on its own. It was terrible to look at my beautiful baby's face with all that stuff on it though. sad.gif

It goes away on its own. Ben had it worse than Alexis.

Yep, even though it's rather ugly, it does go away on it's own.

Allie developed it a few weeks ago & it's already pretty much gone..just let it be. I tried to wash her face off with a warm washcloth a couple of times a day..not sure that helped at all..but it made me feel better! I noticed it seemed to get worse after a bath when I would use baby soap though..that's why I resorted to only using a washcloth that had been wet, not soaped up on her face.
