Well, My appt yesterday was pretty much pointless. I learned that after 15 or so weeks of terbutaline my Iron cervix is pretty much not doing anything. he said there were subitle changes. dry.gif
He also said that now that I am off my meds I will either

a:stop contracting
b: continue to contract

Thankyou captain obvious! huh.gif dry.gif

I think that I am going with option B tho. I have contracted most of the night ( when I was trying to sleep I might add) about every 5 minutes, then it would quit for about 1/2 and hour, then come back. rolleyes.gif

he said if I am at a 3 or 4 next week when I see him, I can pick a day to have my baby. I was like WTH? huh.gif He will let me schedule a time to have my membraines stripped. At 38 weeks? I DON"T THINK SO! ohmy.gif Although it would be nice to have this baby while my sister is here, I'm not willing to do that. so, my sister doesn't even know he mentioned it. she would be SO MAD at me if she found out.

At anyrate, he doesn't think I will make it 2 more weeks. I guess we shall see! laugh.gif

Waiting patiently for that post that baby is here!!!! Hang in there and let nature take its course, I agree, don't let the MD do anything until he has too - like overdue.....good luck, easy labor and delivery vibes to you........... wub.gif

It wont be long now. I agree though I would just wait it out and let the baby come when it wants to. Good luck to you.
