For those that keep track..., Top bottle tainted...

It's never good to heat up in the microwave because the milk can become way too hot, even if you only heat it up for a few seconds, say the top part of the milk can be hot even if the bottle is warm to the touch....does that make sense My ped and every book I've ever read said not to heat bottles in the microwave, I always just use warm water to make them with. Anyways, ok I've been thinking about this thread all weekend, so I wash my bottles in the dishwasher, obviously it heats up in there..... ????? Scary stuff.

I was told you were to NEVER EVER heat a bottle in the microwave. A cup of hot water was highly recommended.
