I hardly ever cook potatoes but my MIL bought a bunch and said she'd give us some. So I was thinking just a few, she gave us 20 pounds of red potatoes. She bought so many because she cans them. Does anyone have any good recipes with potatoes? Because other than mashed or baked I have no idea what to do with them all.

cut them in quarters, lay them on a baking sheet or in a dish one layer cover in olive oil and than sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemery, sage and a sprinkle of thyme. bake at 400 for about 20 min and check, then in 15 min intervals. ( timing is ehh i just play it by smell. ) the potatos should be goden brown on top and the longer you let them rost the crunchier they get, we somties cut them very thin and bake them this way and eat them like potato chips when they cool.. yummy!
