Relive stress while I am at work. Its all in my neck to which sucks. When I get stressed my neck will get all tense. Normally I relive stress by going home and getting on my 4-wheeler and just riding hard. But I am work so how can I relive it?????

take a walk outside if you can, or just escape for a few minutes someplace and breath deep and dream of being on the 4 wheeler

There are lots of websites that will give you a few pointers on yoga style breathing. I also recommend getting up and walking, as well as standing up straight, bending at the waist and letting your arms drift toward your toes. You should feel the muscles of your hamstrings, upper and lower back and shoulders stretch. Stay in that position for a minute, repeat. -------------------- Ed is husband to Lisa (since 1983) Dad to Ricky, John, Erin and Kaitlin The Administrators of the Parenting Club take trolls and violators of the Terms of Service Agreement seriously. Oh I used to get that bad at work. I held all my stress in my shoulders. Would be sore for days. Yep, getting out and walking is always good. Another thing I did was go to the local bakery and get myself a little treat of some kind! Add a cup of herbal tea too.

A bottle of wine in your drawer
Not sure if that works but lately "a bottle of wine" is my answer to everything -------------------- |
