I use a face cloth and warm\hot water, to scrub off the dead skin and open up the pores, followed by cold water to close the pores before dirt and other stuff gets in. I've never had skin problems on my face.

That's what I do too and I never have "blemishes" either. The only time I ever use anything is when I have eye makeup and then I use acne scrub and just around my eyes.

You look good though! I've been taking Kick Boxing classes and don't see a difference at all yet..
