Gold Member Group: Members Posts: 3,003 Member No.: 117 Joined: 10-April 03	I am making a dessert for easter tomorrow. I used to have a recipe with pistachio pudding, whipped cream, and fruit cocktail. I just dont' know how to mix the whole thing. Anyone know? TIA Denise --------------------

Pistachio Dessert 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding Milk 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (colored work better) 1 small tub of whipped cream 1 can fruit cocktail In a large bowl, make the pudding as directed. Mix the mini marshmallows into the tub of whipped cream, then blend the mixture into the pudding. Stir in the fruit cocktail. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
