start a dieting journal, just start a thread that says, "Nichole's Journal" or whatever your name may be and Mel or I can pin it so that it stays up top, then each day you can come update it. In the future, M2A and TLCDAD are looking into getting us something a little more advanced, but for the time being, I think this will work just fine! I don't know if you all have ever tried it, but what I do is write in everything I'm eating for the day..and you know when you write it down, you may be suprised how different your daily intake is than you care to remember!! What I will do is start my journal and each day make a post containing my intake and what I do for exercise(if any...lol ) and if I need to edit it to add lunch or dinner, then I will. It can be really inspiring to have others go in and root you on as well...or give you tips! So feel free to make posts to others journal!

Ooh! This is interesting!!! I may actually do this. I'll admit thought, I'm slightly afraid! It's not going to be good when I have an off day and post 4 bowls of ice cream.
I'll probably start on Monday. The good thing is I will me more motivated to do good if I know people are reading. -------------------- Jeanie - SAHM to Kristen 13, Cade 12, Conner 8, Keegan 3

Cool! I'm up for it. Course I'm not exactly dieting at the moment, but maybe if I post what I'm doing that will kick me in the butt to do so.

To help out with this, we have now created a sub forum to this forum called "Dieting Journals". This will keep all your jounrals organized nicely in once place.

Thanks Rod. I already created my journal post, do I need to start a new one in the new forum or will you move it over?

It looks like he already moved them. They are all together in their own section. This is so cool!
I am just editing the entry for the day each time I need to and start a new reply each day. -------------------- Jeanie - SAHM to Kristen 13, Cade 12, Conner 8, Keegan 3
