just myangels husband here, wondering if there were any chest excerses that could be done at home without a workout machine, or anything really expensive. thanks for the ansers!

You can do a lot of chest exercises with a fairly inexpensive set of barbells. Military presses, butterfly curls. I bet if you google free weight chest exercises you'll find tons.

Just curl a can of diced tomatoes (26 oz of course... lol)
Hold your arms together, like as if you're crossing them, but grab the inside middle of your arm between the wrist and the elbow with your other hands... and press together. Your wrists should be touching. That's a classic chest excercise... as advertised in the original Grease for boob firming. -------------------- The richest people don't have the best of everything, they make the best of everything.
