9 year old little league player, too good to play

Gold Member Group: Members Posts: 3,102 Member No.: 2,158 Joined: 7-July 05	Too good to play Isn't this nuts? I have a nine year old who throws about 35 mph pitches. He is not the fastest pitcher in the league. No one is complaining. Some kids strike out. It's part of the game. How can you tell a kid he's too good?? And the poor guy feels badly because he thinks it is his fault that other kids now can't play. It's the nutty coaches and parents' faults! Ugh. -------------------- Mary :) a.k.a. Jake & Erin's mom
