I have some summer dresses I want to wear, but I have to use strapless bras with them. How can I BF without a shirt I can lift up and without nursing bra?
Sorry if this is a stupid question - I just can't think of any way around it. blink.gif

can you pull the top of the dress down?

Not without taking the straps off, too. I am going to have to figure something out... I can't go bra-less -- my girls need support now-a-days to stay where they are supposed to be! laugh.gif

can you "make" them breastfeeding friendly? do you sew? or maybe have a friend that sews?

Hmmm, no ideas. I don't think I've warn strapless dresses since the girls have been born. They tugged at my shirts and that such, I would have been afraid they'd tug it right down and people would get a peep show before I wanted them too. laugh.gif blush.gif

Oh yeah! I don't wear strapless either, for that very reason! The dresses I have are just like tank tops - tiny straps that won't hide bra straps.Maybe I can try to figure out how to make them feeding friendly some how.

Why not wear a regular tank top underneath the dress so you can still wear your bra? I've seen younger girls do it. Then you can just slide the strap of the dress down and would be able to you the tank top to cover up while nursing. It's hard not knowing what the dresses look like, but the only suggestion I have. happy.gif

I'll try that - I'm not sure if it will work for all of them, but maybe with at least 1.
Thanks!
