My mom called me to ask me for mine, but I haven't made fettuccini Aalfredo in so long I don't remember it off the top of my head and I can't find it anywhere. I used to have the one like Olive Garden makes which is what my mom was wanting but since I can't find it she is pretty much out of luck. Does anyone have a good one? TIA.

I DO!!!!! And I swear it's so much better than the Olive Garden!! It's fantastic!!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long. Toss with hot pasta to serve.

**If you don't like a lot of garlic you can start with one teaspoon and add from there. wink.gif I love dipping breadsticks in it. yummy.gif

I finally made your Alfredo sauce last night and it was absolutely delicious. Sam and Abby actually scarfed it down and DH complimented me on it, too. The kids and I had the leftovers today for lunch and it was even better than it was last night. I used it with spaghetti noodles, fresh broccoli and mushrooms. YUM

Thanks so much -- I'll definitely be making this one again thumb.gif
