No Bake Club Cracker cookies

Ingredients:

Club crackers 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine 6 oz. (1 cup) semi-sweet choc. chips
1/3 cup milk 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1/2 cup sugar

1. Line the bottom of a 13x9 in. baking pan with the crackers. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add milk, brown sugar, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Pour over crackers. Top with a second layer of crackers.

2. Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter together in a saucepan. Spread over crackers. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Chill 3 hours in refrigerator. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

Ah yes...

Did you know that if you put high calorie food on TOP of the fridge, calories get scared and jump out?
