I started taking Lactaboost as soon as I gave birth and so far I haven't had a problem with low breastmilk supply. It is a herbal formula that promotes lactation and improves quality and quantity. I also feel that it's beneficial for me as it has relieved me from fatigue signs. I recommend it to all new mums. Have you tried any supplement yourself?

I'ved used Mother's Milk Tea and it works really well. You can find it at just about any natural foods store. I think sometimes low supply could be genetic, because my mom and my grandmother has this issue. What other suggestions do you mom's have? I also tried changing my diet to be more "balanced". Are there any specific foods that you find helpful? My mom only breastfed me for about 3 months, but I want to try for 6 months or more with my next child. I feel it's absolutely essential, especially since it has so many health benefits for the mother and baby. Such as increase in antibodies for the baby and quicker uterus reduction for the mother.
