It is so easy to use and I don't use his video, I only got a VHS copy and that sucks, I use my MP3 player and close my eyes and feels like I am flying some days. Enjoy !! The movement is just not natural to me and I can never find a comfortable way to put my hands. I think it is a different experience for everyone - I hope you really enjoy it!!!

I am working on losing some weight before the first weekend of May. We are going to Bush Gardens (amusement park). It really works my legs and I am hoping that it is doing something for my stomach. I have been considering doing crunches along with it.... Also..thanks Booey for welcoming me. I also wanted to add that I am a little confused about the monitor doohickey thing that comes with it. I am wondering how do you know the distance that you are going?? I cant find my book and I have only had it for 3 days...
