I can not hear out of my left ear. I haven't been able to for about a good week and a half now. I hurt the first few days and now it doesn't. They put me on antibiotics because I had a sinus infection ..

how to I unplug my ear? I have tried blowing and it unplugs it for like half a second and then plugs right back up.

Im up for just about anything ... lol

I don't have an OB ... I have a midwife, we tried ear drops and they took away the pain, I guess I still have a lot of sinus stuff going on still!!

I can't believe I am due in like 6 weeks either ... LOL

Try peroxide...just a little in your ear, leave it there until it stops bubbling....it works for me!

When that has happened to me, it's because I actually had a lot of wax buildup in my ear. My doctor told me to use debrox drops- it dries up the wax and helps it free. Then I had to use a syringe and rinse the ear with water to get it all out. It was sooooo gross!

But anyway, you might ask next time if the ear is clear- my dr. didn't say anything until I told him that I had been having problems with it. Then he said, well, there is a lot of buildup in there....

Oh you made your decision then! Are you going to have your baby at home?

We got the clear from my dr. that I was OK, and that I could have the baby at home if that is what I chose to do.

When we took in the birth plan he said well I can't do this this this or this. You may want to try a midwife with a more natural approach. So, we are! Things are going great, and I live about 3 minutes from the hospital.

** My ear, I know it isn't build up, I use those ear candle things (YUCK). It is pressure from my sinus or something. LOL I will ask the Midwife today because we have an appointment ... **
