Lately, Ashley has sounded stuffy when she is nursing. She sounds fine any other time, except when nursing? Anyone else experience this? Any ideas why it is only when she nurses. dunno.gif

Boy, I guess I just have all kinds of questions.

TIA

Teigen use to do this when I'd "let down" really fast. It was like the milk was backing up in his throat or something. Have you tried holding her a little more upright, rather than laying down? Maybe that would help some.

Yes, what Madaise said, and also, my other thought was that if she's nursing, then she has her mouth completely blocked off, so it may be that you just notice that she's starting to sound stuffy when nursing.

Did she just start, and if so, maybe she's coming down with a little bit of a cold or is getting another tooth and is getting a bit stuffed up from that.

Thanks, I will try to notice if she starts doing the stuffiness with"let down" or all the time. It might help me determine if it is a fast let down or she is getting a cold.

Oh, and she is kind of angled up when nursing --a habit from when she had reflux
