Anyone else having a hard time finding clothes this season? I tried to buy some much needed spring clothes this AM and couldn't find anything that looked right on my body. Everything either makes me look pregnant (loose tunics), is too short in the rise, or makes me look fat mad.gif Where are all of the fitted, cute clothes this year? Seriously, I tried on clothes for 2 hours and got new workout wear! What is going on this season????? I couldn't even find shoes that I like, and I'm a shoe fanatic.
What's the use of losing all this weight if I can't find clothes to fit bawling.gif
OK, all better. Off to clean the bathrooms.

And i never find anything that i like that i can afford (i won't spend a lot on my clothes, but the kids are another story)

I went shopping last weekend and couldn't find anything great either. I do all my shopping at Kohls (unless there is some special occasion I'm looking for a particular style for). I'm moving away from the super trendy stuff in the Juniors department but couldn't find a lot in the Misses dept. that I liked. I got a couple of cute tank tops and some capri's (which are now too big, apparantly they stretch quite a bit) and some shoes. I normally have to sort through what I like and come up with a reasonable amount that I'm going to buy. Maybe it is just a wierd fashion season.

I'm actually liking some of the styles of this season...but I do know what you mean about the prego look. I tried on a bunch of tanks today that were all poofy in the waist or had almost a skirt around the middle. They did look like what I wore when I was pregnant. But I do love the flowy skirts that are out right now. They look great with just plain tshirts and flip flops. That's easy with a baby. Anyway, I don't have any advice but to keep trying things on. I often find the same styles at places like Target that you would find at the expensive stores. Places like Old Navy are the same way. Trendy, but they have a lot to chose from and you can play around with sizes. I figure this way if they don't fit that great, at least I'm not spending a fortune. Good luck!

I was thinking 'huh,, I actually like the style for a change' and then started thinking about Nov 2005 when I had to buy an outfit for my son's baptism and hated all of the clothes because they looked like pregnancy clothes. Buying new clothes disgusts me! I usually hate the colors for the season and end up wearing my old favorites. I need to be on that show What not to wear cause I'm sure most of my clothes are big no-no's ! (they're not hideous or from the 80's or anythign they just are old and worn adn comfortable. And i never find anything that i like that i can afford (i won't spend a lot on my clothes, but the kids are another story)

I just hate shopping for clothes. I generally like wearing simply clothes, preferably some plain shirts and pants. I don’t follow the latest fashion trend or anything-I just wear what I feel comfortable in. As for finding clothes during any season, then again I just get anything that suits me, irrespective of the most recent trends.

I hate to try things on and I get extremely annoyed with the difference in sizing in other brands. Of course, shopping for just daily wear is less stressful but finding clothes for functions is just too demanding. I have to keep thinking if the dress matches up with other people’s and keep worrying if I would look good or not. I usually “wear out” my clothes and only after it has been really worn out, I go shopping.

And one more thing: Although I hate shopping for clothes, shopping for shoes is a different thing. It is actually quite enjoyable and shoes are much more easier to select. And you don't have to shop for shoes as often as for clothes so it isn't so bad!

I want some good designed clothes for my little ones, there are a lot of changes in fashion and even lot of changes are seen in the way clothes for babies are designed.

I would suggest you to do online shopping. There are so many online stores that offer a large variety to choose for. I have recently bought cloths for my little one from babyworldboutique.
