How tough is parenting?, Please help my research for a book

I have tried many different occupations over the past couple of decades, but there’s one role that’s a clear winner in the tough job stakes – parenting.
I am currently researching and writing a book about the trials and tribulations of parenting, but I also wants to share some inspirational advice for parents from other parents.
I’d like mums and dads to tell me about their worst parenting experience but also to share the best piece of parenting advice they have ever been given.
I won’t use real names but if you could provide your age, sex, and number of children that would be great.

I don't mix my profession with private life. I am also a working mother. Sometimes it become difficult to handle kids when they are in mood to irritate you. But I love it all.
