So Breanna is 2 months old. Will be 3 months Sept 19th. About a week ago i saw on her bottom gums white spots. I felt the gum and i could actually feel the tips. And She has become extremely miserable. They haven't really bugged her but yesterday all day she would gnaw at her bottle nipples. And she kept waking up last night which is not like her. We usually get her down anywhere between 830-930pm and she sleeps straight through until 6 or 7am. But yesterday she went down at 930pm cried for 20 minutes, feel asleep and then again woke up at 1130pm and cried. She then fell back to sleep and then woke up at 430am and marcus walked the floor with her because she wasnt taking any formula. Then went back down at 530am and slept till 830am. She woke and had 6 oz with no poblems. she was laughing and smiling. and then she has been miserable ever since! So could it really be teething? or something else. We dont think its gas anymore or colic issues because she has been such a calm happy baby ever since we switched formula and give her infacol drops.

Yep, I would say it could be. Kylie had her 1st tooth before she was 4 months old. It's not uncommon for them to get them early. Although I must say dentists cringe about kids getting them early as that can mean teeth issues later -- or that is what ours told us. Hylands teething tablets can help and so does gnawing on something cold.
