Ashley asked me today if I'd buy her a dictionary so she could look her own words up. I feel bad that I hadn't thought of getting her one (except for the picture dictionary she has when she was really young). What's the best dictionary to get for a second grader?

At school, Our third graders get a dictionary from the elks every year. I will be back at school on Monday, I could get you the name of it then.
Our fifth graders use a Websters dictionary and my son used a Websters dictionary hard cover since 4th grade. -------------------- Anne Marie Mom to Billy & Mary Beth Wife to Lee |

We went to Kylie's book fair this morning after PT conferences and they had a Scholastic kids dictionary. It looked really nice so Ryan bought it for Kylie. Not sure if this would be something Ashley could use or not.
