That's great, Shelly!
How long did you do this till you got used to it and weren't hungry anymore?
I just started on Sunday...my weaknesses are the daily dessert I MUST have and the raw milk I drink, which is whole milk and thereby pure fat...healthy fat but still fat. If it weren't for that I could eat a lot more in a day.
I've been sticking to the point limits for the most part, except last night when i went on dessert overload and mostly not hungry because I eat lots of veggies with each meal but still not quite used to this.
I bet it takes a week or so to get used to it but what was your experience?
LOL, you should become a ww spokeswoman, just like Valerie Bertinelli is for Jenny Craig...you've gotten others to start ww...at least you influenced me and I'm sure I'm not the only one here.
I figured if you can do it with a dayhome full of kids then there is no reason I can't. happy.gif

yes the first couple weeks was hard. expecially because i was making kid friendly food for the dayhome kids. but after about a week or so i was finding my cravings werent that bad and i could says no to chocolate and junk. when you feel like your hungry drinka glass of water because what your feeling could only be thirst pains. but be prepared because after about 4 months of counting things and points you get bored with what your eating because you find yourself eating the same things all the time. And then your cravings come back full force. my advice is dont ignore all cravings if your craving icecream then have frozen yogurt. Dont say no to everything because when you do give in you will gorge yourself:(

WTG Shelley!

Try the Hostess 100 snack cakes, the chocolate ones are only 1 point I think the yellow cakes are 2. There are 3 little cakes, but they satisfy my sweet tooth.
