Does anyone here eat low-carb. I am having such a hard time staying full, I feel like I am starving myself but I literally eat all day...

I eat carbs, so no I'm not on Atkins. But when did you start? If you just started, it could be that your body is just used to filling up on carbs and so it feels a little deprived right now. Give it a couple weeks and your body should get used to it. Carbs are sometimes empty calories so they fill you up quick. Plus they typically have a lot of sugar in them, so you're probably used to the high. So try eating more fiber rich foods and a lot of water. Should help make you feel full without the carbs.

I offically started about a month ago, but I keep cheating because I keep getting really dizzy and feel sick to my stomach. I guess maybe I should just try another diet....

I would say if you're getting dizzy, you're blood sugar is off. Maybe ask the doctor, it could be something else. Hope you find one that you like!
