Happy Spring! Group: Administrators Posts: 27,473 Member No.: 2 Joined: 8-February 03	I joined the 12-week fitness program at the Y. (It's free for members) I am meeting with the trainer today to discuss my goals, and then he will help to set me up on a program. I hope this program works because I am so frustrated right now. I've reached a plateau and can't seem to lose any more weight. Maybe this will help. We meet with him often throughout the 12 weeks, and I think when it comes to excercising, I need that accountability.
