I got a perm 2.5 weeks ago and it feel out so I went back a week laterrr and they redid it with tighter rods - Now its been a week and a half sincee they "fixed" my hair and its nothing but a frizzy mess! I've never done anything to my hair never highlighted it or nothing and now I've messed it up soo bad. I am scared to call the hair salon and B*tch again about it looking like sh*t but it does. What would you do? I really just want to say cut the awful layers out and give me my money back but iM scared

Is it frizzy like the rods were too small, or frizzy like fried and damaged? If it's the latter, I'd ask them to trim it and find a good deep conditioner. If it's that the rods were too small the second time around I'd just play with it a little before doing anything else, try the velcro rollers or blowing it out with a good serum and a big round brush, it should straighten it out some and give you lots of body.

If you are still unhappy, don't be afraid to go back!
