I've been getting a lot of headaches lately, and I've had a constant one since Sunday morning with the exception of a break yesterday morning and afternoon. So this morning I was debating whether or not I really wanted to get on the elliptical machine because my head was hurting too bad, and I decided that I'd at least try it and see how it went. I only did 10 minutes and then some stretching and I feel a whole lot better! My headache is almost completely gone... I just have the little lingering ache that never really goes away until after I've had some sleep.
I don't know why it didn't help on tuesday, though. Oh well. -------------------- |

I totally agree, it will do wonders for you as will have relations - that will take away almost any headache.

That's amazing you posted that today. I was lying on the couch yesterday afternoon, absolutely miserable with a sinus headache. Usually a rest helps that, but I wasn't tired, just in pain, so I was instead restless, which exacerbated the headache. As I lay there, four Advil into it, I thought to myself, I need to move. I did an hour workout. At first the headache got worse, but as my endorphins kicked in, it magically disappeared!

I'm glad your headache went away.
Exercise almost always helps me get rid of mine or prevent them if I feel one coming on. |
