Im not really sure what triggered it t his time, but my stomach has been bothering me and that is causing me to be anxious
I know that I have IBS, and gluten sensitivity.... so it very well could have been something I ate, but an upset stomach always brings me back to my fears of stomach virus. my mom is coming over at 3 for a bit and its almost Emma's naptime, so hopefully I'll be able to relax a bit -------------------- ~*~*~*~Edie, Jason 9/23/02, and Emma 11/19/06~*~*~*~

are you on any anxiety meds? I've been having alot of trouble lately and like you sometimes I can't figure out what triggers it sometimes I can. Its a scary feeling. Try a relaxing bath when your mom comes over, sometimes just a soak in the tub can relax you enough for it to pass. Hope you feel better soon! You arent alone , if you want to talk I know I'm new but I share this with you and sometimes it helps to talk it out!

thanks for the hugs everyone, my mom came over and helped me calm down a bit, I even put a call into my therapist, she reminded me that distraction is always best, so got some ginger ale for my stomach ache and sat down to watch gossip Girl while Emma napped. I felt better after that. I am on anxiety meds and they are working, but its frustrating how I can be doing so well then BAM... anxiety hits and get stuck in it for a while. -------------------- ~*~*~*~Edie, Jason 9/23/02, and Emma 11/19/06~*~*~*~
