Just given birth? Are you feeling off? Not sure if it is just fatigue or PPD? Take this PPD Test and talk about it. Many moms here at Parenting Club have been where you are and can help you through it. hug.gif hug.gif hug.gif hug.gif

It says I may be suffering from PPD...answering YES to each question probably had something to do with it... : /

But, maybe I'm just feeling like that because of other things around me. Not because of Noella...

It's quite possible, remember this is just a guideline. Either way it could be depression, whether it's related to having a baby or other factors in your life. Only you know how you really feel.

there are varying degrees and types of depression. Post-partum, situational, clinical... the link that kimberly posted shows a test that basically looks for depressive thoughts and behaviour. Situational depression is the most common among people - if you are in a bad financial spot, or just had a death in the family, or went through something traumatic - you have a period of time where you are depressed, but eventually it goes away. The time where you need to worry is when those thoughts and feelings DON'T go away - then you may have clinical depression.
