weird I though maybe I was crazy. I happen to be eatting a candy cane when my stomach was upset and my stomach settled down, so I tried it again and it worked, I still thought I was crazy so I thought I would ask you all.

Any kind of mint is known to be a stomach soother. I used to drink mint tea for morning sickness all the time. Ditto for ginger.

I will have to remember that next time I am in a mood and try it. Good to know I was not crazy and it works for others. -------------------- Di ~ mommy to Kaitlin wife to David

That's why restaurants give out peppermints a lot - to soothe the stomachs of all the people who ate too much.

Yes, I have a glass of peppermint or combo of pepp/camomile tea every night before bed. It's good for digestion. My SIL rubs peppermint oil on her tummy. Best way to absorb it, according to her. You can buy the oil at any natural foods store.
