Hi Everyone!

I am super excited to be here! I am a mom of two beautiful children! I have a 4 year old son and a 6 month old daughter! I am a Pediatric Surgical Nurse and have been for 10 years. I work part time and also have a home business.

Unfortunately, we aren't getting much sleep...I thank Reflux for that! My son had it too and didn't grow out of it until 13 months. My daughter actually spent her first week of life in the NICU due to it. We are hoping my daughter grows out of it much sooner! We are transitioning her from sleeping in her Rock N Play to the crib in our room. Haven't noticed a difference in the length that she sleeps but it was a transition that needed to happen eventually. Since we weren't getting any sleep anyway we figured what the heck!

I look forward to getting to know all of you!

Michelle

Welcome. As a mom with refluxers i can relate. We have been off and on so many different meds over the last 6 years i feel like I could speak as a pharmaceutical rep. Good luck on the sleep I swear we just found our magic combination this last year.

Thanks for the warm welcome! smile.gif

I am thankful that my biggest complaint is Reflux because there are so many worse things out there. BUT with that said, it's definitely not an easy road!

Everyone says we make beautiful children. My response is "Yes, we make beautiful children with Reflux!" I am a firm believer now with Baby #2 that Reflux must have a hereditary component!
