I always make a huge meal for DH when he comes home, last time it was Italian.. (naturally tongue.gif ) and this time it's Asian. My friend helped me come up with the menu and she's convinced that it needs a bigger dessert than just fortune cookies. It's sooo much food already.. what do you think?

Chow Mein Noodles With Peanut Sesame Sauce
Shrimp Stirfry
Orange Chicken
Fortune Cookies

I like fortune cookies and that IS a lot of food.

But, if there is a dessert he REALLY likes, I bet he would like to have that. You can always eat leftovers for awhile laugh.gif

I'm not familiar with Asian cooking, other than what I always order laugh.gif But I think I saw a recipe for a mandarin custard that sounded really good. If you want me to try to dig it up I'd be happy too, is that his kind of thing?
