Anyone watch Celebrity Fit Club?

Yesterday afternoon as I was nursing my whoozy stomach back to health , I caught two episodes of Celebrity Fit Club. I've watched it before. For some odd reason I like the show but don't really stick to watching it full-time.

Anyways, in some respects that show gave me a new sense of "YOU CAN DO THIS KAREN". It was weird, but even though I had a whoozy stomach it got me to get up and exercise last night (it was hard, but I did it) and then I feel renewed this morning, especially after a crappy weekend of dieting.

I catch it sometimes, they make it look realistically do-able. Good for you exercising even though you were feeling puny I can't even exercise on my best days.

no but I did catch the weight in of the biggest loser, how do they lose soooo much in 1 week??

I actually did good this weekend and did not over eat, sure I had a browine and a couple cookies but I did walk (its a long hilly walk to the field at MIl's).

I even checked my weight yesterday and it was down from friday I am tring to keep it up...AF will be around soon and I so dread it. I always feel like pigging out.
