I started using this regularly a couple weeks now, and since I started the two at a time, my gutt just tightens so bad when I have to have a BM, and then omgosh it's horrible.
Did it work for you? Heard anything about it? I have lost at least 4 lbs in the last couple weeks, part of the 10 that I gained initially. -------------------- |

No jitters and no adverse side effects, other then the bowels. I use to get that with some other thing though and decided to quit it. -------------------- |

Sorry Marie, haven't tried and diet pills but Slim Fast used to do that to me so I can't use any of the meal replacement stuff. Now their bars are great.
