I have been trying to loss weight since i had my son in December and it just is not working the way i want it to. I started a diet in March and had lost 30lbs as of May and then all those friends of mine started popping up again ya know that ones Ice cream, choclate, the entire mcdonalds menu and it was down hill from there but i have been slowly getting back into it i have not strayed from my diet in 2 days now hoping to keep up with it. But of corse i do need to go get my scale out of storage so i can tell how much i have lost. before i had my son i was 170lbs and after his birth i was 230lbs and as of now i am just over 200. my goal is kind unrealistic but one can dream right well i guess i'll see where i am in a week updates to fallow

Its me again So i messed up for like a day but im back on it and have lost i wanna say 2-3 lbs which is good but it kinda evens me out after my pizza fest i just cant stay away from pizza hut Cheese Sticks? Anyone ever had them and know what im talking about
