The partially hydrogenated fats is not only bad for dieting but very very bad in general. DH and I are in the process now of deleting this permanently out of our diets. I believe this is one of the reasons why my MIL and step-FIL lost so much weight when they went on a pure organic diet.

I have never been one to super size, so that one is easy Motzereall sticks are about the only stuffed food I eat on a very rare occasion, another easy one for me to cut out all together. I need to learn more about trans fats. My biggest problem is the fatigue. I deffinalty need to find a way to help that.
