After reading Tara's post about freezing meals I am thinking I might try to do this. First though, I need some recipes that are good for freezing. This is where you all come in. Care to help a girl out?
Questions though. When you freeze things, are the meats all cooked? I have a lot of chicken recipes, so should I cook the chicken then mix everything together and freeze? Are there things that you would not recommend freezing? How long can things last in the freezer? And lastly, how many days of meals do you freeze at one time? Thanks a bunch! Oh, and if anyone knows a good website for ideas, please let me know! -------------------- Jennie: mommy to two handsome little men, a crazy husband (TheOaf66), and two cats.

I tried freezing homemade vegetable beef soup. I don't have a recipe as I don't really follow one. My DH loves my homemade soup. It was ok cooking it after it had been frozen but it wasn't as good as it is when made fresh.
If you're interested, I can tell you how I make it. -------------------- |
