As some of you know from FB I got really sick the day after my birthday (sunday). Like spend the entire day with a pillow and blanket in the bathroom.
then sunday i was still queezy but it was better. well it stayed the same mon and tuesday, unsettled but tolerable. However last night i woke up at 3am and I was back over the commode and queezy still. any stomach settling ideas? home remedies? i'd rather not take super strong meds.. -------------------- Mya 7-1-00 |

I don't know. I think the stomach flu just needs to do its thing. Ginger helps with nausea tho, and maybe a probiotic to replace your unhappy gut flora?

thanks ladies the ginger idea is working good.
My moms friend said she had this bugger for a week. I'm on day 4 so hopefully it will be gone by the weekend. -------------------- Mya 7-1-00 |
