Does anyone else on the board have a child with a hearing disability?? My 5 year old has had hearing problems since birth. He starts school in the fall and is a little delayed on his speech. He has improved greatly though with the help of speech therapy. At the age of 3 he was speaking on an 18 month level. Now he is only about a year behind.

If anyone else has had experience with this, could you let me know what you did to help your child speak on age/grade level?
