I am heading to MIL's house for dinner... I don't care what she is making, it will be really yummy because I don't have to cook or do dishes. Ok, I will prolly help with the dishes, but I don't have to cook! YEA!!! smile.gif

Well I am jealous. DH is home today and I will still probably have to cook dinner when I get home. Oh how wonderful it would be to have dinner ready when I got home yummy.gif

Last time we bought one we got 15 steaks out of it but he cut them thick...I know...I'm babbling...TMI! LOL! I think I'll make salad for us and peas for the boys.

Pork goes good with roasted potatoes (I microwave so that they are almost cooked through, cut in quarters, add olive oil, garlic and S&P, and roast until crunchy on the edges-yum), or mashed potatoes.

As a dessert you could do some baked apples, applesauce is a traditional side with pork, just cut off top 1/3 dig out core and fill with butter, cinnamon and sugar and bake until soft. you could also bake the lid as a garnish...

No laughing - a dumb question I have always wanted to know

Just a silly question. I know how to broil, grill, boil, bake, and fry... but how do you roast? Do you put it in the oven like baking?
