Potato Burritos
4 good sizes red potatoes 1lb ground beef small thing of velveeta cheese (not sure about size, it's the smaller of the 2 boxes they come in:) chili powder taco sauce tortilla shells Cut up your potatos into small squares and boil. While your potatos are boiling brown your hamburger and drain. Then add 1/2 the block of velveeta, 1/2 the jar of taco sauce and chilli powder to taste. Mix well until your velveeta is all melted. Then when your potatos are done you add them to the hamburger mix. (Diann leaves the potatoes in chunks) Spoon the mix into the tortilla shells and roll up and put them in a cooking dish. Depending on how much you put in each tortilla it should make 6-8. Put the remaining cheese and taco sauce over the tortillas and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. -------------------- |

Let me know what you think of them after you make it. The first time I made them I think I made them about 10 more times that month. I couldn't stop eating them!

hehe, and all I can say is that you should go buy some stock in Kraft because I am buyin more velveta cheese! Yummy! We topped our burritos with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, but I am sure they would have been great without them. They were great...thanks for the recipe! I made potato burritos!
