www.shoes4cheapchina.com www.chinacheapclothes.net I run in MT101's and Rogue Racers and after 2:30 or sooner on rocky trails my feet are just sore! I don't stop but it does slow me down. I am a mid forefoot runner hoping to get into ultra races next year. www.chinacheapclothes.net www.chinacheapclothes.net Going to a stiffer shoe was helpfull but my feet felt like they had cramps in them after the run and the next day. I had to stop using them. www.chinacheapclothes.net www.chinacheapclothes.net So, how can I get my feet stronger?
