My butt was always a bit flabby and too big, but it had a nice round shape. Now that I've been working out, it has completely disappeared! It's flat and shapeless... Ack! blink.gif That was definitely NOT my intention. Why did I have to see such big results THERE and not where I actually needed to? DH is very depressed about the whole situation rolleyes.gif My newish jeans don't fit me and sag in the seat. dry.gif I'm supposed to be looking better, not worse mad.gif

I think I heard somewhere that the stairmaster is supposed to help with that since it bulks up those muscles...but I don't know if it would help enough to fill out your jeans. hug.gif

yea, I agree with some of the others..... Lunges, squats, and stairmaster are great to build up the muscle a bit

good job on the weight loss though
