Mmmm. Ice cream! Group: Moderators Posts: 11,773 Member No.: 69 Joined: 31-March 03 |
My butt was always a bit flabby and too big, but it had a nice round shape. Now that I've been working out, it has completely disappeared! It's flat and shapeless... Ack! That was definitely NOT my intention. Why did I have to see such big results THERE and not where I actually needed to? DH is very depressed about the whole situation My newish jeans don't fit me and sag in the seat. I'm supposed to be looking better, not worse

I think I heard somewhere that the stairmaster is supposed to help with that since it bulks up those muscles...but I don't know if it would help enough to fill out your jeans.
