Everyone post your recipes with 6 ingredients or less for all of us time and ingredient challenged cookers...
I'll start with... Vidalia Onion Dip (great for parties/tailgates) 3 cups finely chopped Vidalia onion 2 cups regular or reduced-calorie mayonnaise 2 cups grated regular or low-fat Swiss cheese 1/4 tsp. hot sauce (we used 1 tsp.) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Garlic Salt (optional-but I like it in there!) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, mix onions, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and hot sauce. Spread mixture into a 13x9" glass baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm as a dip with vegetables, chips or crackers. -------------------- |
