I posted a while back about a diet I followed. I received the b6/b12 injections, but you don't need them...
If you do decide to follow the diet I posted, you can expect to lose between 2 and 4 pounds a week, completely healthily - but you have to follow it 100%...any cheating on it will cause your body to get out of ketosis, and use other than your stored energy (fat).
