Diamond Member Group: Moderators Posts: 18,627 Member No.: 249 Joined: 28-August 03	Since our community seems to be growing at a quick pace, we thought it would be a good time to post a friendly reminder about some of our guidelines here. Parenting Club has always been a very caring group of parents who share their stories and advice. Occasionally, some of the personal opinions posted clash with other people's views, but that is the time where we should either choose not to read the thread or report the post to a moderator. We do not condone public flaming of any kind and hope that we are all adult enough to handle things diplomatically. Label your posts "graphic, religious, etc" so people can choose whether or not to read it. There is almost always one of the moderators online at any given time. We also enjoy seeing all the beautiful pictures and signatures from everybody, but lets remember that we do have some parents on slower connections and those larger files take a long time to load. If you need help sizing your pictures, you can email kimberley anytime for help. I'm not a big fan of boards generally because I've seen most of them reduced to "flaming" rubble. This one is quite different in that you who moderate it also monitor it and try to keep personal attacks from becoming too commonplace or out of hand.
